A small intimate class exploring yoga in a gentle way.
Being a small group (7 max.), there is much personal attention and guidance. (£10 per class)

All our classes are very friendly, and every one receives personal guidance and attention.
The yoga is suitable for all abilities and for beginnners as well as those with more experience.
